Traveling non-stop - now that would be a dream profession. Writing, photographing, eat, living... that's the type of traveling I want to pursue, not just facing corporate hotel rooms and eating room service. Wanderlust makes one feel ALIVE, or perhaps more detached because nothing feels like home. I can cure the sensation of a different life in my imagination, in those destinations where every sense of life is different. The sky would look different and the air would feel different on my skin. Encounters are adventures, not just brief shuffles on the street.
Almost 2 passports under my belt. Countless consulates to airports fill my memories of the treks I have taken. For every city I have breathed the air in, opportunities open my eyes to life as it would be, living as a nomad, or maybe living as a world citizen.
Yet looking at the map below, the landscape only counts 20 countries (8% of the whole wide world). 30 before 30, that's now within material grasp. Here's the travel list to accomplish before 10/2011
Mexico, Cuba, Costa Rica, Greece, Turkey, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Morocco, Egypt
hello???
*crickets chirping*
i am honored to be the first (and perhaps only) person to post on your blog. hoo-yah.

A major aim of the new property law appears to be to curb this practice. But whether the aim will be achieved will depend on implementation "on the ground," as it were. As Oliver Wendell Holmes argued in his famous article "The Path of the Law," from the standpoint of a lawyer and his client the law is merely a prediction of what government will do to the client if he does some act. That the act may appear to violate a law is just the beginning of the predictive inquiry. If because judges and police are corrupt or incompetent or inaccessible nothing very bad will happen to the client if he does an act that may be illegal, he is likely to go ahead and do it.
